Basic Job Description

Encompassing within Development & Design the whole 'value-added' chain involved in practically developing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of the customer. This includes the analysis of functional and technical requirements, and the design and build of solutions that may be inhouse, off-the-shelf or through third-parties, as well as to contribute to the provision of any Quality Assurance, Configuration, Testing, or Documentation services required to successfully integrate and implement the final solution. Understands and communicate domain/technology-related knowledge inside IT Services.

Skills & Qualifications

·  Experience in software engineering (With BS/BA) and methods including formal methods (e.g. Prince 2)
·  Experience in software engineering (with MS/MA) and methods including formal methods (e.g. Prince 2)
·  An experienced professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field
·  Knowledge and/or Experience in application of the subject matter expertise as described in the relevant Competencies Development sheets.
·  Inquisitive and analytical mind
·  Excellent understanding of the role and potential for IT in a business context
·  Proven ability to manage non-direct reports to achieve results
·  Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural multi-functional environment where consensus is critical for success
·  Customer and end-user focused
·  Excellent oral and written communications skills
·  Analytical skills: Recognizes cause and effect patterns within a defined area of activity, thinks about them in a systematic way and determines logical consequences
