We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Analyst to be a part of our Sales Performance Team. This is a very dynamic and versatile position that requires and outside the box analytical thinker with superior knowledge in Excel.

In this role, you will be expected to provide support and knowledge directly to our internal customers, Sales Staff and Sales Managers on a variety of activities related to managing Sales Head's requests for reports, validations and researching any reporting discrepancies.

As the Sales Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

·  Support sales and marketing projects.
·  Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
·  Manage product sample process.
·  Data analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting
·  Consult with the Sales team on product specifications and make recommendations.
·  Drive regional and local initiatives and maintain Data Quality and integrity in our CRM system
·  Conduct system training and support implementation of new business rules, system upgrades, and protocols
·  Ad-hoc analysis such as preparation of performance reporting or monitoring against development plant and other systems as required

You may be the perfect fit if you meet the following requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree is required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field)
·  Prior Sales Support experience preferred
·  Proficiency with Excel ( pivot tables, v- lookups , and macros ) and PowerPoint is required.
·  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a Team environment, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
