Job description

For the enhancement of our team, we are looking for a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor Flight Crew Type Rating Training 3rd Parties (100%) Starting January 2018 or by arrangement.

You are responsible for the instruction of flight crew type rating training topics in classroom and/or fix base simulators such as aircraft limitations, systems, flight planning, mass and balance according to the actual documentation. You are leading the class in different classroom and training situations according LAT guidelines at LAT premises or at customer training locations. You keep yourself up to date by continuously studying pilots and technical documentations. Furthermore you are conducting, supervising and marking the examinations and report students performances to the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor. In case of an on-site customer facility training, you are organizing the shipping of material as well as the classroom and equipment set-up. Last but not least you are supporting the management team in projects.

Your profile

Besides your technical based education, preferably in mechanics or physics, you have successfully completed an education as teacher or course leader or have equivalent working experience in adult education. You have already gained experience in a similar position or comparable. The proficient use of Microsoft office tools (especially PPT) and very good written and oral German and English language skills are required. You are showing responsibility, integrity and flexibility towards the students, the company and the customer management, in order to ensure a successful course. We are looking for a dynamic person who is willing to work in Zurich with missions up to three weeks worldwide.
