FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Constant interface with foreign subsidiaries in order to coordinate and support them on accounting/finance/compliance topics;
Analysis and implementation of the new accounting standards and interpretations under IFRS in the Group’s financial statements, including the preparation of proper instructions for the subsidiaries;
Analysis of specific transactions in order to define the proper accounting treatment;
Review and analysis of the quarterly reporting package, together with the subsidiaries financial controllers;
Drafting the consolidation accounting entries according to IAS/IFRS standards for quarterly and annual closing;
Collaborating on the quarterly and annual closing processes and on the preparation of the consolidated financial statement.

Job Profile

Master Degree in Economics and Management, Finance;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company and/or in a consulting firm.
Knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards (Group Reporting expertise will be considered a plus)
Strong IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Excel, PowerPoint and the SAP system;
Teamwork, problem solving, flexibility;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to travel nationally and internationally;
Fluent in English (other languages are appreciated)
