Position summary

If you’re looking to gain first-hand exposure to the professional services industry, learn new business skills and deepen your knowledge of your field of interest, Deloitte’s Discovery Internship Program may be a great fit for you.  During this eight-week long rotational experience, you’ll have the opportunity to foster business relationships with Deloitte professionals and acquire the critical and soft skills needed to succeed in the modern workplace and global marketplace.

 

Work You’ll Do
As a Discovery Program intern, you’ll gain business experience through hands-on learning and projects by rotating through two practices within Deloitte. During the internship, you’ll also build foundational knowledge, learn to articulate your ideas clearly, and develop strong relationships through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.

Our Discovery Program’s immersive workshops and networking opportunities provide a view into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to succeed as a business professional. Guided by coaches and mentors who can help you to learn more about Deloitte and your opportunities, you'll gain real-world experience working on meaningful projects. Desired profile

Qualifications

·       Pursing a Bachelor degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field (sophomore or junior standing)

·        Strong academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3)

·       Demonstrated problem solving skills

·        Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative
