Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinators work hand-in-hand with Campus Recruiters to facilitate campus recruiting processes and activities, interacting directly with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers in managing and coordinating the various phases of the process.  The Recruiting Coordinator is essential to providing a world class experience for all those involved in our recruiting process.

Work You’ll Do
As a recruiting coordinator you will work alongside recruiters to coordinate event logistics and to staff events ‑ including presentations, interview, campus activities and events, conferences, etc.  In this role, you will assist in planning and executing campus and office interviews; this will include creating interview schedules, developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel and expense reimbursement process, catering, interviewer sign-up and greeting candidates.  Utilize web based application tracking and interview scheduling systems to maintain candidate data, schedule interviews and for reporting.  In addition, you will be a point of contact for candidate and hiring manager questions, as necessary.  You will have the opportunity to participate in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for campus recruiting.  Finally, you may be asked to perform other various administrative duties related to campus recruiting.

What You’ll Have
• Bachelor’s degree; preferred degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar
• Strong academic track record (minimum of 3.2 GPA)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
• Outstanding client service focus
• Experience with data tracking and/or online applicant tracking systems preferred
• Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance, when necessary
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel in order to assist with campus activities
• Internship/prior work experience in Human Resources or Event Planning preferred
