Job Family Summary:
Inside Sales Representative II - Round Rock , TX.

Sells Dell's products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to the customer responding primarily through an inbound phone queue.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Sells Dell's products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software and service contracts.
· Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer.
· Responds to customer inquiries.
· May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
· Works effectively in a team environment.

·  2-4 years of relevant experience.

·  Learns the full range of Dell and 3rd party products,
and services and is able to identify how these
products and services align to customer needs.
·  Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve
results/meet customer needs.
·  Advanced knowledge of tools and ability to use
multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales
transactions.
