Role Overview:

The role of an Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for taking Inbound Calls/Chats as well as performing Outbound Calls/Chats with customers for Australia / New Zealand (ANZ) region.

The primary responsibility is to generate Revenue and Margin by selling Dell Consumer products to ANZ Customers

Role & Responsibilities:

· Fields Sales Chats/Calls
· Responsible for generating revenue and margin
· Need to attain a monthly target of Revenue and Margin
· Responsible for delivering supporting metrics like Close Rate (CR), TRU, TMU, Services as well as Software and Peripherals attach rate
· Also, he/ she is responsible to deliver strong NPS.
· Need to help customers with post sales issues/ escalations.
· Need to have strong product knowledge to provide a One-Stop- Solution to the customers.

Desired profile

Candidate requirements:

·  Open to work in all shifts, including weekends/ Public Holidays (PH). The earliest shift will start at 5:00a.m. MYT.
·  Able to work independently as well as capability to cope with different scenarios of challenges
·  Able to meet monthly sales target
·  Possessed excellent command of spoken and written in English

Educational Qualification:

·  Minimum Diploma in any courses
·  Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience – full time experience.

Preferences:

·  Preferably with past working experiences in Sales field
·  Good telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solutions.
·  Good Product knowledge.
·  Complex problem solving skills.
·  2 years of relevant experiences in dealing with customers.
