Transformation License Agreement (TLA) Analyst

Dell is looking to recruit experience graduate in the United Kingdom to join a team, which operates in a fast paced sales and deal orientated environment. This is a great opportunity to join Dell EMC's Asset Management Services group whose objective is to provide IT Asset Management services to our customers. Our core service is to provide insight around customer's install base, their software license position, financial forecasting around future spend and perform compliance audits and discovery reviews.

The role will involve working with a no. of different stakeholders internally to provide them with a range of services outlined above. As part of the Asset Management Services team, you will be able to develop specialist experience in software licensing and work towards professional certifications. You will be working in a high demand and high performing environment which will in turn give you opportunities to expedite your career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- - Data processing using a variety of software tools and MS Excel and SQL + Data analysis of large volume of complex sets of structured transactional data

- - Drafting reports and presentations to summarise findings

- - Documentation review to identify key facts, anomalies

- - Interacting with a range of stakeholders in the business to collate and validate information

- - Communicating complex ideas efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in writing to non-technical people

- - Use of project management tools to monitor progress of multiple projects and work streams

- - Researching new products, tools, solutions and techniques to assist with streamlining internal process and methods

Qualifications :

Essential Requirements

· Demonstrate a strong interest in Information Technology

· Advance competency in Microsoft Office technologies

· Have a logical approach to planning and performing analysis tasks

· Be comfortable with ambiguity and have the confidence to solve problems and to fill gaps in technical knowledge by questioning, collaborating with others

· High motivated individual who is responsible, accountable and proactive self-starter

· Highly disciplined, with strong organization skills and process Oriented

· Proven ability to be a team player



Desirable Requirements

· Working proficiency in at least 1 language in addition to English
