Analyst, Project/Prog Admin

Job description

The primary responsibility is to perform project intake and support function for APJ Managed Deploy Services (MDS). This involves:
· Setup Projects in Changepoint (CP)
· Making sure that all the project artifacts like Customer Scope of Work (CSOW), Vendor Scope of Work (VSOW), project price and listing (P&L) are in order and uploaded in Changepoint (CP)
· Work closely and support Project Managers (PM) to handle all backend, admin tasks, especially on Changepoint (CP)
· Ensure project compliance activities on Changepoint (CP)
· Perform project closure activities, making sure that Customer Acceptance Form (CAF) are in order

Desired profile

·  Bachelor degree in a recognized University
·  2 or more years of working experience
·  Strong written and verbal English language skills
·  Strong mandarin-speaking skills to support Greater-China region
·  Demonstrate relationship management and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders across a diverse geography in APJ
