We are a boutique events, wedding and activity agency. Creating bespoke unique event concepts and stylish event production.

The agency is responsible for both private and corporate events. We are thoroughly focused on London’s unique venues and spaces and booming pop up scene. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate with an interest in gaining industry experience in event management and venue sourcing in London and Barcelona.

3 month internship
Tasks you will learn about and undertake include:
•You will learn how to liaise with suppliers, venues and freelancers. Handle diary coordination and office administration.•You will learn about venue booking from search to booking.•This internship will involve the preparation and organisation of presentations and related paperwork.•You will build and maintain relationships with venues, supplier and partners.•You will learn how to manage the booking process, draw up contracts, brief clients and coordinate logistics from enquiry to completion.3 or 4 days a week TBC (plus some evenings might be required in addition for live events).

The most suitable intern for this position would be the following:
• Excellent organisational ability, you are numerate and have excellent communication skills.• Display initiative, you are sales & target driven and you have high quality written skills and strong spelling and grammar.• Able to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and deadlines.

• Strong work ethic, you are tenacious, a strong communicator and relationship builder with great people skills.
•We are looking for a team player, happy to work in a boutique specialist agency.

Discretion is a must!Having a good knowledge of London is an advantage.

You must have been living in London for at least 3 months and be living here now to be considered.

Desired profile

Degree preferred. Some office or agency experience is also ideal.
