We are currently looking for an intern to assist us with the preparation of our Photography Event on the 1st of December. The right candidate would be enthusiastic and have high attention to detail. The right candidate will also be required to have a proficient level of spoken/written English and be available for an immediate start.
Part of the role will be client facing, so we are looking for someone presentable and friendly. The placement is for 4 weeks, with 1 week trial period. Part time (16 hours/week) twice a week
What the role involves / You will learn:
Communication with suppliers/clients.
Preparation and sending our newsletter about the event,
Updating all the necessary documentation,
Checking that all orders from buyers are being processed,
Ordering a variety of marketing materials and making sure that they follow specified requirement (p.g size, colour etc.),
Collection and logging in the data of the participants and buyers,
Support Marketing and PR in relation to media coverage,
Assisting on coordinating the event, collating marketing materials, and customer data.
Promoting the event through our Social Media channels,
Other administrative tasks.
We will cover your travel expenses and lunch.
