What will your role be?



The 3DVIA HomeByMe Sales Representative position requires proven success in selling a B2B2C product/service at Director level and above as well as a very high level of personal accountability to meet or exceed quarterly assigned quota. Experience selling 3D visualization or technology (including software), online technologies & site monetization experience preferred.



 



Your challenges ahead



·  Develop sales opportunities through various prospecting and qualifying activities including but not limited to cold calling, phone prospecting, social selling, email, direct mail, trade shows, industry conferences, networking with others in the industry, etc. to build a viable pipeline
·  Prepare presentations, manage proposal writing, define purchase justifications, perform contract negotiations, and perform other sales-related tasks in a professional manner to help close business
·  Lead the internal technical sales team to developing the right solution for each client and delivering proposals on time and consistent with client expectations
·  Build a business plan for H1 and H2 and present to Business Development Director outlining your plan for delivering closed business against your quarterly and annual sales targets
·  Develop and manage effective working relationships with other 3DVIA (HomeByMe) departments, groups and personnel
·  Interact regularly with the 3DVIA (HomeByMe) management team and individual department heads to ensure that your sales strategies are aligned with the corporate direction
·  Compliance with expectations for maintaining and updating sales activities within our CRM tool
·  Some travel required (domestic and international)

Your key success factors



·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·  Experience in a sales, marketing or technology background
·  A hunter with proven success in selling visualization services to marketing clients (agency or client-side) or selling tech services to the real estate and/or furniture industry
·  Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, creating and closing new accounts from initial presentation to $1 million annual sales
·  Compelling knowledge and marketing contacts in one or more of the AEC, Home Goods, Appliances & Consumer Electronics, or Furniture industry and has sold to “C” level within one or more of these verticals
·  Proven conceptual, analytical, writing presentation and communication skills
·  Strong sense of personal accountability in meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives
·  Experience selling software within an international corporation preferred
·  Some travel required, both domestic and international
·  Prospecting, Listening, Objection Handling, Consultative sales approach
·  Business & Price modelling
·  Extensive knowledge of sales process creation and efficient in working with sales enablement tools
