Dannon, a subsidiary of Danone, is looking for a Utilities Intern (Summer 2017) - Dannon in the United States (US) for West Jordan, UT.

In this role you will be accountable for:

·  Responsible for utilities water consumption mapping within the plant
·  Analysis of electric and gas consumption within the plant
·  Assist with development of program to reduce consumption of compressed air
·  Implementation of CI program within the utilities department
·  Mapping of the waste process within the plan
·  Complete mapping of processing and packaging losses
·  Orientation to the yogurt process, Dannon company and work environment

 

The ideal candidate will have:

·  Must be enrolled in an undergraduate university degree program, preferably in Engineering, Food Science, or management.
·  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·  Excellent analytical skills
·  Independent thinker
·  Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbally
·  Must be self-motivated, have good mechanical aptitude, and ability to work well with others
·  Ability to conduct research independently
