Danone, the leading global company in delivering sustainable, healthy nutrition products, is recruiting a Unified Communications Analyst for the Americas. As part of the global IT Competency Center team, the candidate will work in the Unified Communications team in the Americas region supporting over 250 sites in North and South America out of over 800 globally. With the team, peers and providers, the role is responsible for delivery and operations of high performance, high availably networking solutions.

The Unified Communication Analyst's role is to participate in the planning, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of the wide area and local area networks, WLAN, physical and network security, and Voice and Video infrastructures. This includes actively resolving escalated end user help requests within established SLAs, vendor management, proposing and performing changes to reduce incidents and stabilize the environment and documenting, training and contributing to process improvement.

Targeted profile Required The proper candidate should have a strong technical background in the field of Unified Communications technologies. A minimum of three years of experience is required. Certification or strong working knowledge of ITSM processes, English proficiency, and a college degree in the field of computer science is a must. The candidate should be able to act independently with a high degree of integrity and action. Cisco CCNA/P, PMP certification and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
