Role Purpose:

Designs, drives and evaluates the DCOM paid media plan to deliver growth for our brands across all sub channels. Accountable to ensure agency relationships and Amazon ads JMP deliver for our brands and keep us ahead of the competition. Owns DCOM A&P budget management (working and non working) – ensures agreed KPIs (inc ROI) are delivered. Brings innovative solutions to Danone and engages internal stakeholders behind the plan.

Strategy:

·  Define approach to DCOM customer paid media strategy, across omnichannel pureplay, with clearly defined & prioritized growth opportunities across Channel, Customer and Media
·  Defining spend guidelines by brand/retailer to support development of DCOM media plans, in line with retailer capabilities and validate media plans across retailers
·  Build and negotiate Amazon JMP in collaboration with Amazon Ads and Wavemaker

Execution:

·  Responsible for rolling out relevant DCOM media guides to drive internal knowledge and best-in-class learnings
·  Drive internal capability through identifying opportunities, with Agency Partners, to upskill wider Sales/Marketing
·  Amazon Full Funnel: Driving Amazon full funnel campaigns, working with marketing and DCom team to ensure integrated within campaigns and sales activations.

Financial Leadership:

·  Responsible for assessment of ROI/ROAS of all DCOM media, making recommendations to drive topline growth with relevant stakeholders (DCommerce, CCD and marketing)
·  Responsible for internal budget management and making recommendations to optimize spend allocation across DCommerce

·  Knowledge in digital retail media

Salary Bracket: £65k-£75k plus car allowance
