Danone North America is looking for a Receptionist/HR Admin- FTW in Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will assist with the administration of HR and operational initiatives to support the Fort Worth manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and administering a broad spectrum of human resources activities while manning the reception desk of the plant:

·  Greeting all visitors, supplying them with badges and or PPE when necessary
·  Support the staffing efforts with candidates and new hires
·  Submit new employee background checks for processing
·  Ensure all resumes are uploaded accurately in applicant tracking system
·  Maintain recruiting materials
·  Assist, coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
·  Responsible for providing administrative support designated by the management team
·  Perform customer service functions by answering and directing incoming plant telephone calls, answering questions from employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
·  Maintain confidential files/records for employees; files documents on an ongoing basis
·  Perform clerical functions
·  Manage and execute uniform programs
·  Work with plant management to communicate/publish plant policies and procedures
·  Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies
·  Responsible for effectively coordinating/preparing reporting for bi-weekly payroll
·  Responsible for maintaining communication boards
·  Assist with Annual Benefit Enrollment
·  Actively maintain involvement in plant continuous improvement initiatives
·  Responsible for the administration of employee recognition programs
·  Assist with training tracking and delivery
·  Assist and coordinate plant wide events
·  Coordinate visitor plant tours
·  Responsible for distribution of mail; incoming and outgoing
·  Coordinate and maintain the birthday recognition program
·  Administer plant donation program
·  Coordinate holiday programs
·  Assist with all charity related initiatives
·  Maintain and communicate the plant call-in log
·  Administer the plant IT needs associated with employee adds, changes and termination of email, shared drives and other related issues
·  Provide meeting support relative to food ordering and room set-up
·  Order office supplies for the HR Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

·  A High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience is required
·  Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience is preferred
·  Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·  Fundamental knowledge of human resources laws, practices and procedures
·  Analytical and problem solving skills
·  Computer skills essential; experience and proficiency in Microsoft office platform
·  Fundamental skills in influencing and persuasion
·  Team player with strong interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships
·  Good business acumen
·  Must have ability to multi-task with work organization and prioritization skills
·  Must take initiative with a proactive mindset

NON ESSENTIAL:

·  Performs similar or slightly more responsible duties as assigned
·  Attends staff development and training as necessary
