About the Job
Danone North America is looking for a Quality Supervisor in Eugene, Oregon manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for contributing to the production of optimum quality products through the continuous improvement and administration of facility cleaning, sanitation, and processing programs. Shift is Wed-Sat 8am -6:30pm.

Key Activities:

·  Ensures employees understand expectations and meet service-levels
·  Conducts employee performance reviews and corrective action as needed
·  Verifies employees are accomplishing assigned tasks and following procedures as trained
·  Accurately completes all documentation for employee accidents/injuries and timekeeping
·  Responsible for ensuring employees are trained and helps in employee development
·  Actively participates in the company Safety Committee and ensures a safe work environment
·  Complies with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
·  Proactively prepares for new regulations affecting facility under FSMA
·  Monitors all proficiency-based testing and ensure compliance
·  Analyses, interprets and reviews data and test results
·  Writes, reviews, and revises SOP’s as needed
·  Manages employee time cards and schedules

About You:

·  You have a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field.
·  You have a minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
·  You have experience with training and certification process.
·  You have good verbal and written communication, presentation, organizing, prioritizing and implementation skills.
·  You have experience in supervising individuals
·  You have ability to collaborate cross functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
·  You have the ability to proritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
·  You have strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
·  You have strong interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships.
·  You have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
·  You hae the ability to work in a fluid environment.
·  You are able to adjust schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing, may include working hours outside of a typical day shift.
