ABOUT THE JOB

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global FMCG organisation. In this role you will not only be involved in existing projects, you will also be accountable for leading new projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the rest of the business is taken on the journey with you in a transparent and effective way.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

·  Innovation Delivery – develop project timelines, deliverables and key milestones finding ways to both accelerate projects and using a risk assessment approach to manage any potential obstacles
·  Communication – engage and lead cross functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and clear accountabilities are set as well as being responsible for leading regular project update meetings
·  Stakeholder Management – manage expectations of the relevant stakeholders/steer co, ensuring that communication and planning is clear and escalation for project related issues is as a last resort
·  Reporting – responsible for all project related reporting, at times presenting it in a digestible way to senior leaders

ABOUT YOU

With previous project management experience, you will work in an organised and considered way to achieve clear business outcomes on multiple projects at the same time. You will thrive on developing meaningful working relationships with internal teams and enjoy problem solving, possessing the ability to remain solutions focussed when obstacles occur in the critical path of any project you work on.

Ideally you will have:

·  2+ years demonstrable experience in a project management role
·  Experience working within the FMCG, pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry is essential
·  Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
·  Resilience with a strong ability to manage competing priorities working in an agile way to identify and overcome risk
·  Able to work accountably, owning the part you play in delivering business critical projects
