Mission of the role:

·  You are the Key driver (part of cross-functional team ) working on Site Master Plan from Logistic Flow perspective
·  Identify (logistic) productivity / saving projects
·  Detailed factory site flow analysis & re-design

Main responsibilities & KPIs:

·  Sustainable & valuable input to site masterplan
·  5% Productivity identified within Supply Chain identified & projects executed
·  Detailed factory site flow analysis & re-design

Place of the role in organization (team size, reporting lines, organizational dependencies etc.):

·  No direct reports
·  Part of SC team
·  Part of cross-functional Site Master Plan team

Job dimension (key metrics of complexity):

·  Engineering experience / Industrial background
·  Very analytical. Able to map flows & identify solutions
·  Stakeholder management / convince management for your projects

Key motivators for the right candidate:

·  Able to work with experienced industrial engineers in Food Industry
·  Will work as linkin pin for Site Master plan between Engineering & Supply Chain
·  Provides opportunity to work on other Danone Global engineering & Supply Chain projects

Education & professional experiences needed:

·  Engineering / Technical management / Supply Chain background
·  Minimum 5-7 year's work experience in Food Industry or (Factory )Logistics
·  Engineer with background in Food Industry and affinity with logistic flows
·  Logistics engineer with extensive Logistic knowledge looking to gain experience/knowledge in Food Industry
