Job description

As Project Coordinator , you will be in charge of managing the product related projects (inno/reno, refo/dupli/sourcing), assuring the efficient project management process by best in class balance between project cost, time-to-market and right-first time delivery. You will plan and manage the CBU COGS improvement ideas, by searching for new opportunities and delivering them as a projects. You will be the operations first point of contact in innovation and renovation projects.

In the team of Market Project Manager you will work autonomously and lead the product related projects.

YOUR responsibilities as a Project Coordinator will include (but not limited to):

·  Run Product related projects:
·  Inno/reno projects in ROBG market, ensuring an efficient project management organization answering to the needs of the CBU; report, forecasts and alerts (gap analysis) on ROBG portfolio of projects, ensuring best in class COGS and Right First Time delivery (cost, quality, time)
·  Productivity projects in collaboration with Marketing, R&I and C&P; EU Interco projects as Producing CBU project
·  Assure project deliverables are ready on time (briefs, project GO, P&L, designs)
·  Work with each project team to find solutions to major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to ROBG Portfolio meeting
·  Work with each project team for organizing Post Launch analysis
·  Facilitate the communication with C&P and CBU suppliers for each project

To be successful in the Project Coordinator position YOU should be:

·  Experienced with different project in operations (ideally including industrial projects)
·  Ideally xperienced in production businesses and knowledgeable on FMCG business
·  Having cross-functional, transversal experience
·  Fluent English knowledge spoken and written, Romanian knowledge is nice to have
·  Good negotiation skills andcommunication with multiple stakeholders
·  Proactive & results oriented
·  Ready to lead changes and searching for improvements
·  Open to challenges and able to find new solutions to grow the business
