About the Job:

We have an amazing opportunity on our Procurement team, for a Procurement Operations Coordinator , based in Broomfield, Co !This position is responsible for supporting the processes, tools and data required to maintain the procure to pay process. This role will focus on maintaining accurate prices and costing across multiple systems & will contribute to continuous improvement tools and processes.

·  Support activities related to technical contract creation & maintenance, such as pricing and master data coordination
·  Ensure pricing accuracy in all systems and communicate pricing updates to key stakeholders
·  Be first point of contact for internal business stakeholders and suppliers
·  Assist the Procurement Operations Manager in identifying gaps and process improvement opportunities
·  Contribute to the successful preparation and execution of the technical contract transition for local and global Raw Materials and Packaging (R&P) suppliers into the new procurement model

About You:

·  You will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field
·  You will have strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PPT)
·  You will ideally have SAP experience
·  You will have strong written and verbal communication skills
·  You will have the ability to work and communicate across value chain with diverse team members.
·  You will be process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and the capacity to respectfully challenge practices.
·  You will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
·  You will be proactive, flexible and level-headed
·  You will have familiarity and comfort with change management& you will be able to bring enthusiasm and openness during periods of change.
