Job description

Danone North America is the largest Benefit Corporatioin in the world. Our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. Danone North America is looking for a Processing High Tech Operator (2020) - MN in our Minster, Ohio manufacturing facility.

In this role you will be accountable for:
•Operating computer systems and running tasks in order to maintain operation of the product lines while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency of the product or goods handled.
•Collecting and running samples to ensure product is meeting all specifications
•Participating in teams to enhance the integrity of our drive for excellence. There are variations of minimal to moderate lifting and bending.
•Driving or operating heavy equipment such as forklifts.
•A clear understanding of the product life cycle and our business drivers.

The ideal candidate will have:
•Proficient in MS Office Applications
•Mechanical aptitude
•Dairy Processing experience (preferred)
•Excellent Communication skills, Verbal and Written
•Team Player
•Advanced education (Bachelors, Associates or Technical) a plus
•Experience with Continuous Improvement (TPM a plus)
•Willingness to work a 12 hour on a nights and weekend schedule
•Committed to our ambitious company goals and future
•Openness to learn and share with others
•Doer who takes ownership of our product excellence and their working area
•Empowered individual who pro-actively pursues improvements in Quality, Safety and Operations
