About the job
The responsibilities of Key Account Manager are:
· Implement the strategy of profitable co-operation with partners to build a strong long-term partnership with them
· Responsibility for epharma and online environment
· Drive close cooperation with other channels within the Sales team
· Develop customers sales plan, budget plan, trade terms policy
· Monthly forecast
· Evaluate channel trade investment implementation, efficiency, and effectiveness
· Build up category knowledge and understanding
· Establish and leverage the cross-functional relationship with customers
· Coordinate cross-department collaboration, including support, service, and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
· Meet assigned targets for sustainable profitable growth and strategic objectives

About you
We are looking for the following profile:
· At least 2 years of experience within pharmaceutical industry with a successful and proven track record of KAM position
· Czech or Slovak speaker and an English language level of minimum B2
· Customer-centric mindset
· Strong leadership skills, conceptual selling skills, and team cooperation
· Effective goal-setting skills, i.e. strong result orientation
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
· Skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Driving license - B
