The Parent Experience Coordinator is responsible for many primary communications between consumers and the company, including regular verbal and written communication. This role interfaces with customers on a day to day basis via telephone, email, chat, website, and ecommerce. This role is responsible to compile all data from customer inquiries in update those inquiries in the customer service contact database. Additionally, the role assists in developing FAQs for new products and in researching question-specific information.

As a part of the Danone Early Life Nutrition team, this position is an integral part of the Happy Family business as a whole with opportunities for growth within Happy Family and other Group Danone subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Responding to consumer inquiries via chat, email, telephone, website comments, ecommerce, etc.
·  Responsible for coordinating the collection of customer samples.
·  Providing support to Marketing and Sales departments, especially in supporting e-commerce inquiries.
·  Logging all inquiry information into the customer service contact database.
·  Data gathering for specific and regularly-occurring requests.
·  Coordinating coupon requests and care packages for consumer inquiries and issues.
·  Communicating the brand’s messaging as specifically related to products, marketing initiatives, and specific situations.

Qualifications and Attributes :

·  You have at least 2 years of experience working in customer service, including handling difficult or uncomfortable situations.
·  You have experience working in ecommerce and/or retail for customer service (preferred, not required)
·  You may have a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (marketing, food science, nutrition, business, English, etc.) although this may not be required, based on other qualifications.
·  You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  You have strong computer skills and can type at least 50 wpm.
