To fuel DANONE international growth in the baby-food milk sector (IF, FO, GUM) as well of in the medical sector (AMN), whilst sustaining the highly precious trust from his customers.DANONE is willing to enhance performances of his industrial manufacturing asset whilst ensuring complianceto new internal Quality Food Safety requirements as well as to international safety and protection standards.

About the role:

The purpose for this position is to sustain a constant flow of innovation in engineering to support our innovation & agility needs and embrace our Operations Pack and Innovation strategy. Area of focus is part of the overall strategic plan

Area of responsibilities :

• Industrial Market Scouting and benchmark industry to answer business needs on pack innovation challenges and roadmap.

• Drive efficient and effective partnership with Pack R&I team and also Global Quality, Global C&P, Nature for design development and deployment, ensuring their most recent critical requirement are included in the standards & technical decisions.

• Mandated for technical expertise, technical validation, technical decisions in the area of Pack equipment’s : Design validation in projects, engineering standards and specifications, suppliers selection

• Ensure all pack projects in our supply points and suppliers follow the SN division Standards, Specifications and Guidelines

• Responsible of updating the Standards, Specifications and Guidelines and have them available for our supply points and suppliers.

• Ensure assets are designed and/or upgraded to comply to Danone's safety, quality, R&I and nature standards and practices.

• Responsible to sustain his expertise at the state of the art/best in class in the industry.

About you:

• Around 5 years + experience in engineering or in R&I, + a few years in Business development, project experience, business management and non Danone FMCG experience is appreciated

• Advance level of English any other language adds value to your candidacy

• Studies in Engineering degree or similar

• Ability to communicate your expertise and willingness to always seek to increase this expertise.

• Ability to influence other not in your direct report.

• Team player and ability to embark and foster collaboration, respect others, communicate openly, develop people.
