A BOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist/ dietician to champion our Metabolic portfolio , foster enduring professional relationships, and steer national sales targets to new heights. This permanent ‘ Metabolic Specialist’ position will serve as the pivotal link between our products and the vibrant community of healthcare professionals and patients.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Sales Development – Boost national sales by targeting key influencers, enhance patient enrollment for our Home Pharmacy channel, and vigorously market our full product range, including new releases and updates
· Category analysis and forecasting – Analyse Metabolic and Ketogenic market trends, sales potential, risks and opportunities, contribute to demand planning (forecasting), and stock management with key stakeholders
· HCP Management –In collaboration with the Metabolic Medical affair manager, cultivate key relationships and streamline engagement with KOLs/healthcare professionals/consumers to promote our metabolic product line effectively.
· Patient Support – Cultivate key relationships and streamline engagement with KOLs/healthcare professionals/consumers to promote our metabolic product line effectively.
· Cross Function Support – Drive business performance and market growth for Healthcare Nutrition by proactively collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, developing and executing marketing strategies, updating digital assets, and undertaking necessary tasks to enhance category performance.
You are a clinical dietician who has prior experience working in a similar role. You have unique ability of combining nutritional expertise with sales acumen and the capacity to build trusting relationships .
Ideally you will have:
· Dietician with strong Clinical Experience (2-3 years)
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Experience working with sales (desirable)
· Experience in Account management (preferred)
· Commercial acumen
· Ability to work autonomously and in team
