This role is responsible for operating core Master Data activities to support Master Data Management (MDM) structure. It combines hands-on data stewardship aligned with transformation strategy, drives standardized processes, ensure governance in place, and sustainable harmonization across all Business Units (BUs). The role partners closely with the MDM Service Lead, MDM Managers, stakeholders from each BU, and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and embed change.

 

Responsibilities :

 

·  Maintain and ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data across systems.
·  Execute data creation, updates and validations in line with global and local standards.
·  Monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
·  Support MDM-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
·  Act as a point of contact for master data queries, assisting and guiding business users.
·  Generate and assist in preparing reports to monitor data quality and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

·  Ensures proper approval and validation for master data changes and creation are duly authorized per SOP.
·  Supports audits and compliance checks related to master data governance.
·  Support on monthly audit reports and upload into system.

 

About you

·  Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
·  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management or related domains.
·  Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate with Japanese is a plus.
·  Detailed-oriented, independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure
·  Good team player.

·  Solid understanding of master data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, material, pricing).
·  Familiarity with MDM tools and ERP systems; ORsoft experience is a strong advantage.
·  Proficiency in data quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and governance frameworks.

     • Good follow-up skills. Ensure task and action items are closed on time.
