USO - Danone Foods, Inc in ESSENTIAL DAIRY & PLANT-BASED is looking for a Manufacturing Master Data Coordinator inMinster, Ohio.

The primary responsibility is the preparation, modification and maintenance all production, budget and costing versions of: the bills of materials and routings for semi-finished goods and finished goods. This includes maintaining production bills of materials for promo initiatives and reformulations. The role would also include supporting R&D on product specifications or deviations. The scope includes the various manufacturing plants, distribution centers across multiple companies.

The role also participates in the yearly budget development of standard costs via cross domain coordination. This annual process is to determine new products and reformulations to existing products for the next year and to implement those changes in the ERP. This annual process also includes a review of all materials for the proper inactivation.

·  Project Endeavor: the combination of Danone US and WW Opco
·  Support of new processes: Interco Sales between the two CBUs, Co manufacturing product, sales of semi-finished goods, etc.
·  Standardization of processes and procedures of two legacy CBUS
·  Potential New SAP implementations ie: Sequels & Vega US, Nutricia, Happy Family, etc.

Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed
• Work Experience in an ERP environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Microsoft Access preferred
• Knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred
• Education 2-4 Years Supporting Studies

Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed
• Ability to communicate and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organization and problem solving skills
• Aptitude for managing a high level of detail, multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and procurement.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
