What to expect:

·  Rotations across Departments: Spend 3 -9 months in given department, gaining hand-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
·  Impactful Projects: You'll work on challenging projects that have a high impact on our business and are hihly visible to senior managment. Your contribution will make a real difference.
·  Career Developmet: Follow a clear and structured development plan designed to take you from Junior position to an experienced Danone Leader. We're committed to your growth and will provide the tools and support you need to succeed.
·  Graduate in technical studies: food technologist, dairy technologist, mechanical enginnering - as a plus.
·  First working experience in the technical function.
·  Fluency in Polish and English is a must - both speaking and writing. 
·  Strong analytical and communication skills.
·  Good organization skills with multi-tasking adaptability. 
·  Co-creation mindset and openess.
·  Willigness to travel locally & internationally.
