(Junior) Project Manager

Job description

Reporting to Head of Indirect Procurement Eastern Europe, Agnes Kuthy , you will be in charge of projects accross Eastern Europe Cluster and manage different indirect goods and services for Czech Republic and Slovakia across both divisions (Essential Dairy and Plant based and Specialized Nutrition).

(Junior) Project Manager

(Fulltime, Location: Prague)

·  Project management: Lead or participate in cross-countries and cross-divisions projects and ensure successful implementation.
·  Market/Category intelligence: Continuous market monitoring and benchmarking, to identify new opportunities and mitigate risk related to given category/suppliers.
·  Negotiation: Negotiate spot, short-and long-term needs with internal and external stakeholders for projects to secure supply while optimizing total cost.
·  Budget and cost management: Contribute to budget and forecast preparation by collecting relevant internal spends and needs and market information.
·  Compliance management: Ensure that relevant company policies are kept by conducting ad-hoc checks, control and work closely with Internal Controlling.

·  Experience with managing and leading complex projects
·  Experience with face to face negotiations
·  Strong knowledge of Excel
·  Fluent in English and Czech Language
·  Open and communicative
