Internship HR Projects Social Dialogue H/F – january 2021
THE CONTEXT
The global ambition of Danone in terms of Social Dialogue is to ensure all Danoners are empowered to contribute to company results and their own performance & development.
YOUR MISSIONS
· Social Dialogue
· Help animate the network
· Document the progress on an International Agreement with IUF on Sustainable Employment and Access to Rights: document the implementation through surveys in the clusters
· Build Case Studies of successful social dialogue practices
· Participate to the organization of HR Directors/Operations Director /Sales Director training workshops (materials preparation & logistics)
· Support animation and formalization of innovative social approaches
· Conduct research via internet to identify insights, ideas, practices on subjects linked with social topics we work on. Help with content creation (powerpoint preparation, visuals …).
· Support on the program: 1st Line Danoners ( a programme dedicated to the professional development of our 82,000 first-line Danoners)
· Support collection, consolidation & formalization of good practices linked with 1st Line Danoners mission;
· work on the formalization of some tools animate the 1st Line Danoners open community on our internal social network
· Support animation and formalization of innovative social approaches
· help on communication subject
· Human Rights
· Support collection of information from the Business Units (consolidation of questionnaires, check information consistency ...)
· help to organize HR meetings to animate HR Directors on Human Rights subject
· Conduct searches via internet, seek for insights, policies and practices on Human Rights and Forced Labor
· Collect official documents ad-hoc (International Labor Organization or other organizations)
TARGETED PROFIL
· You have good communication capabilities and are at ease with being regularly in contact with various interlocutors.
· You have a good knowledge and a strong interest in the HR function.
· You have good MS Office Skills (ppt and excel) and a sense of numbers.
· You have an excellent level of English to be able to communicate with all stakeholders.
· You are curious, have a “can do” attitude, you can show openness and work in a team.
