As Global Senior Buyer Professional Services you will work in close cooperation with the global, regional and cluster stakeholders' organizations to cover Danone business requirements. You will manage a category of 300M€ spend, with focus in the following areas: Consulting services, Finance services (Audit, Tax, Insurance, Banking services), and Legal services.

Based in our office in Amsterdam (Hoofddorp), your mission will be to deliver the best services to Danone business units, anywhere in the world. About the Job

Your main responsibilities will be:

Category management:

·  Develop category strategies & roadmap with business stakeholders for the different categories in scope. Deliver value for money in accordance with procurement strategy and business plans
·  Structure a procurement approach to deliver a continuous sustainable productivity per year and maximizing the business value
·  Build strong procurement toolkit & methodology on specific area of spend and lead on-boarding of clusters/regions via focused communication

Sourcing:

·  Source and benchmark global category suppliers on a regular basis
·  Drive consolidation of spend and negotiation leverage with stakeholders at regional and cluster level when it makes sense
·  Launch RFI/RFQ to select, engage, and manage supply base for the categories in responsibility
·  Ensure that Danoners can use recommended solutions in best conditions of cost, quality & security
·  Work in collaboration with Legal partner to execute professional services agreements and drive efficient contract management process.Ensure contract delivery & application of negotiated conditions

Relationship Management:

·  Business Relationship Management - develop strong relationships with global and in-country stakeholders & local procurement.Able to assess stakeholders’ needs and recommend optimal sourcing solution
·  Supplier Relationship Management - define and follow scorecard to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement plans. Animate suppliers’ performance with stakeholders; manage disputes. Drive innovation from supplier

Procurement Financials:

·  Support Danone global cost reduction program sourcing activity on all sourcing category in scope. Contribute to monthly category review meetings with Finance and business partner
·  Track & Monitor savings initiatives in collaboration with Finance business partner
·  Deliver cash improvements

Best-In-Class procurement:

·  Promote and Support the implementation and the compliance to professional services processes and policies
·  Contribute to Source to Pay process compliance

About You

·  Autonomy & Agility to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
·  Adaptable & Experience in working in an international environment
·  Business acumen & results oriented
·  Solid written and oral communication skills
·  Agile in remote matrix management between functions & countries
·  BA or equivalent in business or a technical discipline. Master’s Degree in procurement is desirable
·  At least 5 years of working experience as sourcing professional
·  Fluent in English; French is a plus
