Job Title: Financial Business Planning Analyst

Location: Chiswick Business Park, London

Salary: Competitive, including bonus, double matched pension and healthcare

Business Unit : Early Life Nutrition.

About you:

You will be a finance professional with a track record providing budgetary management and analysis support to the marketing and category functions. You’ll not necessarily be a fully qualified Accountant, though part qualification will be beneficial. In this role you’ll:

·  Support Marketing in defining a strategy by brand, challenge consistency of resource allocation and action plan with overall company strategy and targets
·  Optimize ROI of Advertising, Promo & Other activation, alongside developing robust business cases on product innovation and renovation
·  Ensure that Advertising and Promotional related financial information is reliable and reflects up to date commitments as well as support on cost efficiency initiatives
·  Finance business partner to Consumer & Medical Marketing as well as Category teams, finance lead to Commercial Management Team

This role offers:

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our marketing and category teams, whilst be given the a large budget to manage. You’ll be challenged by the lean structure of the team, but will also be given the opportunity as part of this to collaborate in all areas and gain exposure to decades of experience within the team. Further to this, the finance team is still growing into it’s new structure offering longer term development opportunities and the chance to influence process and impact.
