Join our customer services team to ensure that patients and carers get the supplies and service they need and get treated like the special people they are.

You’ll be responsible for;

·  Consistently delivering a high-quality customer service experience to patients and healthcare professionals in our busy call centre.
·  Keeping accurate records
·  Ensuring patient expectations are met in a timely and efficient way
·  Effectively managing and resolving queries
·  Identifying and challenging areas for improvement

About You:

You will ideally be a curious and engaging individual, with a genuine passion for customer service . You will naturally have an excellent telephone manner and be a strong team player .

·  You must be comfortable working on your own initiative , but also know when to escalate issues.
·  You’ll need to be flexible and willing to diversify where necessary, to help the team and for your own personal development.
·  You’ll need excellent communication skills , to interact effectively with potentially vulnerable patients as well as health care professionals and key opinion leaders.
·  You must have excellent time keeping & organisational skills
·  You can demonstrate a caring and empathic nature
