Danone Turkey  is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Customer Collaboration Specialist"  position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! 

 

In this role you will;

·  Understanding customer KPIs, agree targets with the customer, and report regularly against these targets
·  Understanding and raise awareness of the customer's supply chain and its alignment with company
·  Build customer trust
·  Drive proactive customer communication to manage on time in full delivery and timely claims resolution.
·  Drive cross functional alignment
·  In partnership with sales and across supply chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
·  Drive success of on shelf availability and online availability, on shelf freshness and distributor stock availability
·  Meet all the operational and financial performance targets and obligations

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

·  Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related area from a reputable university (Master's degree is plus)
·  Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience
·  Fluency in English
·  Having a knowledge of FMCG distribution models is a plus
·  Strong communication and negotiation skills
·  Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, open-minded
·  Team player, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment
·  Advanced use of MS Office programs
·  Experience in SAP
