About the job

·  Establishing Perfect Store & Channel Activation & Shopper Marketing strategies in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Planning, Marketing and Sales Operations teams
·  Working closely with marketing team to create channel plans and strategy
·  Planning and execution of related channel activities
·  Tracking post performance and contributing to strategy and identifies channel needs, executes in the best way
·  Develop innovative projects to meet business objective of company and retailer
·  Analyze channel Nielsen & IMS reports recommend action plans
·  Promotion planning by channel according to needs
·  Full-filling field team requests
·  Distribute and follow up related in-store materials according to channel needs
·  Develop 'Best Practice Solutions' for field execution

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

·  University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
·  Preferably min 1 year sales experience in FMCG companies or fresh graduate with long term internship experience
·  Excellent command of written & spoken English
·  Good knowledge of MS Office applications
·  Selling capability & negotiations
·  Ambitious with high desire of achievement
·  Result Oriented business focus through commitment & enthusiasm
·  Good communication skills
