Job description

Manage and optimize the cash application and claims documentation functions Over the portfolio assigned complain with the Daily, Weekly, Monthly activities under position scope executing them on a timely manner ensuring a correct application complying with policies and procedures for I2C North Latam & Noram

·  Manage cash application in daily basis, customer payment matching -application & deductions codifications and recording (next day as cash is received at bank) and any unidentified payments or issues are timely followed up on
·  Ensures a daily reconciliation for all AR Cash Receipts, Non-AR payment monitoring and coordination with Treasury and FICO teams for any misc. AR requests for all North Latam & NORAM businesses (exception handling)
·  Understand, maintain, and suggest improvements to contribute to an increased operational efficiency, reduced manual workload, improved accuracy & times, and enhanced visibility into Cash Application process (SAP/ High Radius/ Frog)
·  Perform other reporting and clearing responsibilities related to Cash Application (to ensure visibility to the rest of I2C or any other area)
·  Works and makes team effort to apply according to SLA, policies and standards.
·  Works with others in their same team and cooperates with Internal and external customer such as, Collections, Tax, Commercial, Treasury on inside and with Final customers if applies.
·  Willing to learn from the ways of work and cross training with other members in I2C team.
·   Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business-related field or equivalent (With Title release)
·   Prior finance and cash application skills preferred English is desire Mid level
·   SAP
·   Oracle
·   High Radius (Desirable)
·   Excel
·   English (Intermediate)
·   knowledge of cash application and claims
·   Familiarity with period end closing
