About the job:

·  Responsible for IS design and support of Topline & Digital processes (Digital, CRM and Salesforce Automation Applications)
·  Permanently develop knowledge of digital technologies (such as CRM related applications touching both B2B and B2C, websites, mobile apps and complemantary tools, salesforce automation related applications etc.) and track technical trends
·  Guide business units for the best possible solutions about entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
·  Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications and ensure applications documentation and users ownership
·  Assist and manage IS projects, conduct need analysis with key users and formulate IS solutions to business processes
·  Convert requirements to processes and application design in a global, shared business environment
·  Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality
·  Follow-up implementation of project and provide support
·  Keep IS Service Level as agreed with internal customers

About you
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

·  University degree preferably in Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering
·  Curiosity for new technologies and tech trends especially in digital
·  2-3 years of experience typically gained through knowledge in planning, design, testing, implementation, support, analysis of programs and software an integrated system implementation
·  Experience in web architecture, integration to host systems and related components is preferrable
·  SQL Knowledge is preferable
·  Fluent in written and spoken English
·  Ability to establish relationships with internal and external clients
·  Good planning and negotiation skills
·  Proactive and team player
·  No military obligation for male candidates
