RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Responsible for the business planning and overhead and marketing controlling

 

1) Business planning

 

·  Animate & coordinate business planning & Closing within the EVI business controller
·  Animate the “rolling forecast” process (GPS) and prepare the risks and opportunities consolidated for total EVI
·  Prepare and coordinate all the necessary inputs, guidelines, reports for the GPS conso based on the financial information from the business controllers
·  Pilot the annual financial closing by coordinating and booking accruals
·  Support the key projects needed to deliver the finance priorities ( New process, new tool implementation)
·  Coordinates and contributes to the legal compliance with the local accounting regulations and systems at a local, regional or international scale.

 

2) Marketing controlling (PPE):

 

·  Follow the marketing costs of the zone & ensure that investments are properly allocated with the zone strategy
·  Support the implementation of Monopoly process (PPE)
·  Consolidate the zones monopoly review of EVI & help building the presentation to present the global results to the GM

 

3) Overhead controlling (OVH)

 

·  Prepare the overhead cost (budget, estimate, R&ops monitoring) for total EVAI and by zones with the HRD
·  Review on a quarterly basis the T&E actuals vs budget for Total EVI and zones

About you

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Would typically have around 3 years of relevant experience in finance controlling.

 

Skills:

·  Result oriented: pragmatic, flexible, fast learner and entrepreneurial mind
·  Strong Organization skills: be able to prepare, present and follow-up business plan
·  Open-minded attitude, good listener, self-motivated with drive, passion
·  Ability to easy adapt and leverage a truly international and multi-cultural environment to effectively engage people
·  Ability to anticipate and plan ahead

Competencies :

·  Extensive Finance principles, models & processes knowledge
·  Knowledge on channels
·  Strong business acumen & understanding
·  Budget planning and monitoring
·  Analytical skills
·  Strong influencing skills (internal and external stakeholders)
·  Capability of strategic commercial planning (Sales & Marketing)
·  Presentation skills

Education : University Degree

Foreign Language: English fluent. Other languages are welcome (French/Spanish/Italian...)
