For our Cluster Business Service (CBS) for AP Department we are looking for:

AP Accountant

Key responsibilities:

• verification and posting of foreign and domestic purchase invoices in line with standing procedures,

• maintaining contact with suppliers to answer inquiries related to payments, always in line with our best practice of customer service,

• sorting out discrepancies in documents and maintaining contact with contractors in order to correct the discrepancies according to the actual state of affairs,

• preparing scheduled or ad hoc reports

• participating in the monthly settlement correctness and completeness check-up,

• analyzing open positions on liabilities accounts.

Ideal candidate:

• higher education, preferably finance or accounting,

• good knowledge of accounts payable process with at least 1-2 years of professional experience previous experience in AP will be an asset,

• experience in working SAP environment will be an asset,

• good working knowledge of Polish accountancy rules,

• strong motivation for development and learning,

• highly-developed analytic skills, attention to detail and conscientiousness,

• communicative level of English.
