About the job

The Analyst – Customer Experience, Transportation, & Warehouse Analytics COE will help define the future of Supply Chain development for the Customer-facing, Transportation & Warehouse supply chain organization through a digital lens.  This role is fully remote with the opportunity to work from a home office.

The ideal candidate has proven experience integrating and scaling data applications, data visualization skills, and a knack for delivering scalable data solutions. They excel at developing and delivering in fast-paced problem sets to define root-causes, insights and build trust to partner cross-functionally. This individual is highly proficient in program management and has proven experience delivering high quality results and can work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as this role will interface directly with cross-functional teams to roll out new tools, define future strategies, communicate infrastructure changes, transform business needs to technical solutions, and advocate data best practices.

 

·  Be a technical leader within the Danone North America Customer Experience, Transportation, & Warehouse Analytics Center of Excellence and be a catalyst for the overall advancement of team data analytics skills.
·  Deliver value to the organization by leading key projects focused on supply chain value creation, cost savings/productivity, and process optimization.
·  Develop reporting to provide visibility against key initiatives including service to customers, total cost to serve, plus various supply chain efficiency programs.
·  Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and the usage of data best practices.
·  Cultivate and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders in the Danone supply chain organization, cross-functional teams (including IT), and external partners.
·  Guide learning and upskilling of the Customer Experience team with a focus on using data, leveraging tools, and discovering insights.
·  Demonstrate thought leadership in the digital space by unlocking new approaches and solutions to various business challenges.
·  Ability to transform data into insights with clear and actionable direction to deliver business value.

 

The base compensation range for this position is $ 66,000-98,000   commensurate with experience. About you

About You:

·  Undergraduate/Graduate degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, engineering, or other quantitative/STEM discipline
·  Extensive experience wrangling, transforming, and harmonizing data
·  Technical expertise including advanced knowledge of PowerBI and DAX/M
·  Intermediate SQL, Python/R is a plus
·  Proven experience delivering high quality and insightful data visualizations and translating complex data into actionable insights
·  Proven stakeholder management and prioritization skills using systems, processes, and scalable frameworks
·  Superior attention to detail and experience building processes to validate data integrity
·  Experience in supply chain/operations and associated datasets (including retailer data)
·  Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry is a plus
