About the job

The Analyst - Customer Experience, Transportation, & Warehouse Analytics COE will help define the future of Supply Chain development for the Customer-facing, Transportation & Warehouse supply chain organization through a digital lens.   This role is fully remote with the opportunity to work from a home office.

This position will deliver value in a variety of ways including analytical support of strategic initiatives across teams, the leveraging of data to identify and drive incremental supply chain efficiencies, plus an overall focus on continuous improvement and automation in both daily tasks and reporting.

This role will require a high degree of technical savvy and will help support the delivery of Danone's future-state digital transformation.


• Act as a technical expert within the Danone North America Customer Experience, Transportation, & Warehouse Analytics Center of Excellence and be a catalyst for the overall advancement of team data analytics skills.
• Deliver value to the organization by leading key projects focused on supply chain value creation, cost savings/productivity, and process optimization.
• Develop reporting to provide visibility against key initiatives including service to customers, total cost to serve, plus various supply chain efficiency programs.
• Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and the usage of data best practices.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders in the Danone supply chain organization, cross-functional teams (including IT), and external partners.
• Guide learning and upskilling of the Customer Experience team with a focus on using data, leveraging tools, and discovering insights.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the digital space by unlocking new approaches and solutions to various business challenges.


The base compensation range for this position is $66,000-98,000   commensurate with experience. About you


•Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, engineering, or other quantitative/STEM discipline.
• Extensive experience wrangling, transforming, and harmonizing data.
• Technical expertise including advanced knowledge of PowerBI, DAX language, and Power Query.
• Data visualization skills.
• Solid understanding of modern data architecture and data pipelines.
• Project management experience including strong organizational skills and a willingness to regularly interface with project sponsors and senior leadership.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus.
• Relevant exposure to supply chain/operations and associated datasets (including retailer data).
