Tasks

As part of the car2go Business Intelligence and Analytics Team, you will be expected to regularly share knowledge with all team members and always be ready for a new challenge. As part of the job, you will have the opportunity to continually expand your technical and methodical expertise as well as to impart your own knowledge to others.

- You support the technical management, development and integration of large and complex data warehousing and business intelligence projects
- You develop new concepts for our data warehouse using Microsoft SQL Server and other related Microsoft technologies
- You identify potentials both with respect to architecture and the technologies used
- You design and develop functional and non-functional requirements for new MS BI solutions
- You are responsible for implementing and institutionalizing standards and methods to ensure overall high-quality and effective software development

Qualifications

- You have a successfully completed Master's degree or equivalent qualification in the field of Computer science or related
- You have several years' experience working as a Microsoft Business Intelligence developer
- You have experience in the field of data architecture and modelling (DataVault and Dimensional Data Warehouse according to Kimball)
- You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSDB, SSRS, SSAS, Tabular Model, PowerBI, )
- You ideally have knowledge in the field of data warehouse automatization with tools such as Talend and are familiar with .NET programming
- You have already worked in dynamic and agile teams (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are known for working in an effective, efficient and motivated manner
- You have a strong command of German and English (spoken and written)
- You have an analytical way of thinking and an affinity with facts and figures

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time)
