Tasks

- Incident Management, Support Task and Change Management
• Provide second level support (technical know-how is required and functional understanding needs to be acquired).
• Analyze and evaluate application incidents.
• Ability for independently face and solve critical incidents.
• Technical developments of service requests and change requests.
• Perform testing and create technical documentation.
• Release new versions of the application to Integration and Production environments.
• Work within defined processes and framework

Qualifications

Education:
Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

2 to 3 years of experience in web application development (web forms) including:
· Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (ASP .NET C#).
· Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (or higher).
· Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
· Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
· Code deployment on remote servers.
· Web controls, user controls, Web services, AJAX, HTML and JavaScript.
· Microsoft Project 2007 (or higher
