Overview: Based in London, your role will be to support the Marketing activities for Northern Europe ( the UK, the Nordics and the Benelux)

What will you be doing?

·  Support events organization ( logistics, branding, communications, participants list management, KPI and results tracking )
·  Support marketing campaigns in the UK and across Northern Europe ( media plans, email marketing campaings,social media )
·  Support collateral localization and translation management
·  Support Marketing Manager and marketing specialist in research, creation of content, purchase orders and other related marketing administrative support required
·  Work closely with the Northern Europe Marketing team, the central marketing team and sales teams to to ensure the success of all projects.
Key competencies :

·  Excellent spoken and written English
·  Dutch, Swedish or Danish in asset
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Very detail oriented
·  Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Ability to work effectively across functions and teams / good team player
·  Capability to work autonomously and to adapt to a fast moving environment
·  A first experience in events management and online marketing is a big plus
·  Any previous experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or CMS tools a plus
