About the Creative Services team

The APAC Creative Services team manages Criteo's creative operations for the entire APAC region including Japan, Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia. Team members come from many corners of the globe to create a diverse and dynamic atmosphere where designers work together on new challenges daily while partnering with the Creative Services team in Paris. A role on the APAC Creative Services team is a great opportunity to design best-quality creative for APAC in an international and innovative organization.

About the role

The Designer role sits in the APAC Creative Services team and is based in Singapore. In this role you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of major industry changes in the online retargeting advertising market. The interactive advertising banners that you create will be delivered to Japan, Australia, Korea and Southeast Asia.

New ways to provide highly efficient targeted ads are quickly changing the rules of the game and this is an opportunity to learn the latest design from a global perspective.

Candidates for this role must have web work experience in multi-byte character countries as well as excellent HTML and CSS skills.

Responsibilities

·  Create and manage interactive advertising banners for APAC countries including but not limited to Singapore, India, Australia and Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).
·  Develop design templates that reflect the trends of each country.
·  Build and maintain excellent relationship with internal stakeholders including Sales and Technical Solutions teams.
·  Build and maintain excellent relationship with peers in Creative Services across the globe.
·  Efficiently and proactively manage design requests from throughout the APAC region.
·  Responsible for the communication and design work banner production in Japan and APAC area.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  4 year University degree in an Art or Graphic Design related field and minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
·  Advanced skills in HTML and CSS and web work experience in multi-byte character countries.
·  Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
·  Excellent understanding of graphic design and a basic understanding of design principles.
·  Business level English required.
·  Fluency in Vietnamese highly preferred.
·  Fluency in Thai is nice to have.
