Job description

Criteo Labs is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support leadership in our Ann Arbor office. This individual must be extraordinarily capable of multi-tasking & appropriately handling sensitive information. This individual must anticipate the needs of the leadership & take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, you must possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. You must love what you do and have the desire to be a team player on an amazing team.

Description

Handle the logistics of the R&D all-hands and other global events as needed for the Ann Arbor office. Implement the Criteo R&D events processes in AA office (team buildings, dinners & lunches, Beer & tech).

Handle interview logistics for the AA office: ensure the best candidate’s experience during the interview  process (escort candidates, book meeting rooms, manage interviewers’ time, etc.). Partner with recruiting leadership in Palo Alto and help support recruiting/meet-up events in AA. Execute onboarding process for new hires (Synchronize with HR operations in US and Office Management, Assign Buddy, provide support and answer new hire questions, etc.)

Manage Confluence Pages for Ann Arbor. PO’s and vendor set up for AA. Help R&D Managers with scheduling/coordinating meetings with agendas across multiple time zones for a global team.

Assist with or arrange travel and accommodation bookings (as needed). Work closely with Workplace Experience and HR to implement effective space planning and training schedules

Education

AA/AS degree is required, BA/BS degree is preferred.
