What will you be doing?

·  Manage the day to day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations.
·  Drive performance throughout life-cycle. This would include on-boarding, driving performance, troubleshooting, new feature implementation, as well as up and cross-selling.
·  Own book of existing client relationships.
·  Work closely with support and cross teams (Technical Solutions, Business Intelligence, fellow Account Strategists, etc.) to drive client success.
·  Partner closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.

What do we need?

·  3+ years experience managing and optimizing both large scale and SMB online marketing campaigns to profitability goals.
·  Solid knowledge and experience in digital marketing. SEM and/or Google Shopping (PLA) experience is strongly preferred. History of working with eCommerce companies a plus. 
·  Strong analytical capabilities, especially the ability to read data to provide client recommendations on opportunities to improve campaigns.
·  Track record of consistently exceeding quantitative customer performance targets.
·  Top notch presentation/communication skills.
·  Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment.
·  Must love digital media and have a demonstrable curiosity about new technologies in the space.
·  Super user of Microsoft Excel.  Tableau experience a major plus.
