Job description

The General Counsel Division of Credit Suisse is currently looking for a suitable individual to join the Corporate Legal Advisory Team in Wroclaw to develop its capabilities and to support daily business.

You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will become a member of a team focusing on Corporate Governance activities. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Gathering corporate data from other stakeholders and building reports.
· Assisting in administration of a corporate housekeeping database that tracks historical and current data for the Bank's entities, including coordination of requests regarding formation and acquisition of entities and training of others on the database.
· Corporate housekeeping including, but not limited to, formations, dissolutions, drafting board resolutions, consents and meeting minutes.
· Answering queries relating to corporate legal structure information.
· Keeping the entries in the corporate database up-to-date at all times to ensure accurate information distribution to internal and extra.
· Extracting data from the corporate database and prepare ad-hoc reports.
· Advisory & administration of CS legal entities authorised signatories, including. cross-entity signing rights.
· Reporting to other regulators & exchanges globally.
· Drafting Boards' meeting minutes and resolutions, Powers of Attorney, Secretary's Certificates, letters and other corporate documents

Desired profile

·  A degree-level education (or equivalent) in law, administration or finance preferred but not essential (candidates equally encouraged to submit their application).
·  Experience in corporate environment and/or legal background would be an asset.
·  Excellent English language skills (business standard) required due to exposure for the role.
·  A high level of proficiency in MS Office and technologically savvy.
·  Ability to work independently in fast-pace environment with strong focus on 'need to know' principle & risk mitigating measures applied.
·  Excellent time management & prioritizing skills, including ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
·  Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
