We Offer

Description
· Entry-level Research Sales opportunity in the Global Markets, Equities division, based in New York
· Partnership with established Salespeople to learn about our clients and portfolio of products
· Role will support the development and management of client relationships
· Gain extensive knowledge of Credit Suisse suite of Equities products and market trends
· Under supervision, develop strategies to take advantage of market changes and, with time, increase responsibilities to establish your own client relationships
· Ensure colleagues have the latest market trends and developments for use in trading ideas and provide timely market news for internal and external clients
· Efficiently respond to client requests, compile and participate in product pitches and presentations, continually anticipate client needs
· Liaise directly with internal and external clients to organize large client events

·  Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
·  Strong analytical capabilities, able to synthesize information in a systematic manner
·  Supportive, collaborative and adaptable team member who can build strong relationships, while operating independently
·  Demonstrated understanding of the financial/stock market and current events, awareness of regulatory changes and understanding of clients' business challenges
·  Articulate, concise communicator who also recognizes the importance of listening
·  Principled and committed to the highest standards of ethical behavior, in line with Credit Suisse culture
·  2-3 years of banking industry experience, sales experience preferred
·  Series 7 strongly preferred
